- Budget control and liaising with related financial bodies
- Coordinating legal and contractual matters
- Coordinating supply and distribution processes including price management
- Staff management, recruitment and general HR administration
- Coordination of business processes and performance guidelines
- Managing the agenda
- Organising local and international events and travel arrangements
- Preparing meetings, presentations and their follow up
- General Office management
Requirements:
- Excellent English as it is the working language
- Experience in international trade
- Excellent organisational skills
- Occasional travelling to Europe
- You are pragmatic problem solver with advanced communication skills
