Job Title:   Systems Strengthening Technical Advisors (SSTAs)

Location:   Fixed Term (2.5 years)

Role:    The SSTA will join Options under the Enhancing Nigeria's Response (ENR) to  HIV/AIDS programme, The SSTA will be responsible for supporting the State Agency for the control of HIV/AIDS (SACA) in his/her State by building the capacity and providing assistance for the development and maintenance of  efficient and effective planning, budgeting and improve accountability for an effective, multi-sectoral and evidence - based HIV/AIDS response.

Qualifications/Experience:

-   First degree in accounting or business management, with execellent understanding of financial management or management accounting systems, with a Masters degree in any relevant field;
-   Good experience of working in budgenting and planning functions, likely reputable NGO, government or the private sector;
-    Experience in institutional development, mentoring and training for different cadres of staff and partners;
-    Understanding of key issues for STI/HIV programming;
-    Excellent communication, writing, planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as being a self starter.
